• Payment taken with no confirmation email — usually a pending authorisation; check your bank and the airline's Manage Booking page before paying twice
• Wrong date, wrong airport or wrong passenger count selected during checkout
• Expired or mismatched passport details on an international ticket
• Schedule change or cancellation by the airline that leaves an impossible connection
• Card declined for an international transaction on a naira card

What to Do When You See a Ticket Error

Work through it in order, and keep every reference number and screenshot:

• Find your booking reference (PNR) and check whether an e-ticket number was issued
• Open the airline's Manage Booking page directly rather than relying on the confirmation email
• Contact whoever issued the ticket — the airline if you booked direct, the agency if you did not
• Report a name or date error within 24 hours where possible; correction windows are short
• Do not rebook a second ticket until you know the first one has been cancelled or refunded
• Keep proof of payment for any refund or chargeback claim
