Information we collect
Name, contact details, travel preferences, passport and travel document details, payment information and any documents you provide for a visa or booking request.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, book flights and hotels, prepare visa application documentation on your behalf, communicate with you about your trip, and to comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with the third parties needed to fulfil your request — airlines, hotels, insurance providers, visa application centres and embassies. We do not sell your data.
Cookies & your consent choices
When you first visit the site we show a cookie banner. Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies runs until you make a choice. Your options are:
- Accept — allows analytics (Google Analytics 4) cookies and, where an advertising campaign is running, advertising cookies.
- Reject — keeps analytics and advertising cookies switched off.
- Customise — lets you turn analytics on or off separately from advertising. Advertising requires analytics to be on.
