Bemer Travels helps travellers plan international holidays around their dates, budget and preferred pace, wherever their journey begins. A package can combine available flight options, suitable hotels, airport transfers and selected experiences without implying fixed availability or guaranteed prices.
If your destination requires a visa, review the process through our visa assistance service before committing to non-refundable arrangements.

Each itinerary is shaped around the traveller. Depending on the destination and current availability, we can help coordinate flights, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing tours and attraction tickets. We explain what is included, what is paid directly to a booking partner and which arrangements remain flexible.
Most travellers over-book their first two days and under-book the rest of the trip. After a long-haul long-haul flight, the arrival day is rarely the day for a 7am walking tour. We normally suggest keeping day one free, putting the headline experience on day two or three, and leaving at least one open afternoon for the things you discover once you are there.
The second thing worth planning is ticketed attractions. Sites like the Vatican Museums, the Burj Khalifa observation decks, the Eiffel Tower summit and Table Mountain's cable car sell timed slots that disappear in peak season. A skip-the-line ticket is not a luxury at these places — it is the difference between a two-hour queue and walking in. For quieter museums and neighbourhood walks, buying on the day is usually fine and gives you flexibility if the weather turns.
Read what a tour excludes, not just what it includes. Entrance fees, hotel pick-up, lunch and gratuities are the four things most often left out of a headline price. A cheaper tour that starts at a meeting point across the city can cost more once you add two taxis.
Small-group tours
Best value for first-time visitors. You get context from a guide and meet other travellers, but you move at the group's pace and stops are fixed.
Private guides
Worth it for families with young children, older parents, mobility needs, or when you want the itinerary shaped around your interests. Costs more per person unless your group is four or more.
Self-guided
Fine for compact, well-signposted cities. Buy the entry ticket in advance and use an audio guide — you keep full control of your day.
