Where is the Bemer Travels office in Lagos?
We are at Suite 18, Omolad Plaza, Idimu Road, Egbeda, Lagos, Nigeria. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
How quickly do you reply?
WhatsApp enquiries are usually answered within minutes during business hours. Emails sent outside working hours are answered the next working morning.
Do I have to visit the office to book?
No. Almost every booking — flights, hotels, tours and visa assistance — is completed remotely over WhatsApp, phone and email. The office is there if you prefer to plan in person.
Can I contact you from outside Nigeria?
Yes. Our Lagos headquarters supports customers locally and remotely, including clients contacting us from South Africa, the United Kingdom and other locations where our services are available. Tell us your current location, passport country, destination and travel requirements so our team can guide you.
